As the sun sets and darkness starts to settle in, your outside lights are automatically turned on to illuminate your driveway and front walkway. You come home from work, park and enter the house to enjoy an evening with your family. Later, you go to bed, knowing that the outside lights will be turned off automatically at midnight.

As you drift off to sleep, you can rest easy, knowing that in the event of a fire alarm, in addition to immediately calling the fire department, your system will automatically turn on and flash outside lights, turn off the climate system, and turn up inside lights to a moderate level to allow you and your family to get out quickly.

With the OneHome lighting solution, you can schedule selected lights to turn on at sunset, and then off later in the evening. You will come home to a safe and well lit house. Sunset is determined automatically, so lights are only on for as long as needed.

Create an unlimited number of buttons to control a variety of lights or scenes. Create buttons for entertaining, going to bed, or for an emergency. You can control lights all around the house from anywhere.

The OneHome video solution lets you manage and gives you easy access to video cameras in your house through a straight-forward interface. You can view thumbnails of multiple cameras and then select one to see a large display. You can pan and tilt the camera toward the desired view.

Check on your kids in the back yard or in the playroom while working at your desk to see that everyone is OK.

Connect to your home while traveling, or connect to a vacation home to check on the weather, the grounds or to make sure the driveway has been plowed. Or, connect to enjoy watching your kids while away on business.

The OneHome video solution connects you with your home and your loved ones, enabling you to easily check conditions and respond if needed, or just to enjoy the view.

The OneHome interface is convenient and easy to use, so you will keep the watering schedules in sync with the needs of your plants.

Plant “groups” allow you to organize common plant types. For example, use a “Lawn” group for grass zones and a “Flower Bed” group for drip irrigation zones in your flower beds. Then easily increase or decrease all the grass watering without changing the flower beds, or turn off the flower beds without changing the lawn.

The history view shows the past several weeks of watering, allowing you to see how much water has been applied to your landscaping.

With the OneHome irrigation solution, managing your irrigation system becomes simple and straight forward, saving money and conserving water.

You check your email at work to discover a message from your vacation home: the climate system is not responding and the temperature is dropping. The system detected the lack of response from the heating system while the temperature was still 50 degrees, so you have some time to get your local caretaker to fix the problem.

Later in the month, you connect to your vacation home again to check on its status. You review the temperature history for the last week and despite unusually cold weather, all rooms in the house are in good order. You check the security history, and confirm that your cleaning service stopped by on Wednesday morning as usual, entering at 8:30am and leaving at noon.

Then you check the driveway video camera only to discover that two feet of snow is blocking the road. Knowing that you and the family are heading up later in the day, you quickly pick up the phone and dial your plowing service to clear the driveway before you arrive.

In the car ride North, you use your cell phone to call into your home. The system answers, and with a few simple button presses you switch the house into 'Home' mode, which instantly sets all the thermostats so your home will be comfortable when you arrive.
