What this Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers the information that HomeLogic gathers from users of its Web site (www.homelogic.com) and users of its services.
HomeLogic does not record information from visitors to our Web site, except to provide remote access to registered HomeLogic customers connecting to their home over the Internet. HomeLogic provides registered users this access from any Web browser, and because the service is Web based, we require certain information to properly identify users, and to ensure each user’s privacy and protection.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
You can edit your HomeLogic Account Information at any time by contacting HomeLogic technical support.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the HomeLogic service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
You can delete your HomeLogic account by contacting HomeLogic technical support.
Confidentiality and Security

Information from Children
HomeLogic’s website and services are not designed for or directed to children. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of thirteen.

HomeLogic may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your HomeLogic account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
