HomeLogic
provides a comprehensive support and update service program.
Following through from the end of your warrantee, customers
may subscribe on an annual basis. Telephone service,
available to address your technical questions, is available
via a special phone number.
Additionally, customers will receive all software version (and fix) updates at
no additional cost. These may be installed by the installing dealer or by HomeLogic
support directly via remote connection to your system.
Finally, based upon prior arrangements with your dealer/installer, you may be
eligible to receive configuration assistance from HomeLogic.

| OneHome Remote
Access and Control |

HomeLogic
provides a remote access service so that you can log
into your home from any Internet-connected computer.
When you subscribe, the service is available via a user-defined
login you access from the HomeLogic homepage.
This service eliminates the need for the OneHome customer to register their system
on the Internet and to maintain it as a separate Internet system.
