The OneHome™ system
is easy-to-learn, easy-to-use and affordable, allowing
you to manage your entire home with one interface, from
wherever you are, whenever you want.
OneHome systems tie together your choice
of leading home security, climate, lighting, audio, video
and irrigation systems, adding capabilities to each,
such as time-based scheduling and event based commands. |

 |
The OneHome solution adds new capabilities
to existing systems by leveraging the connection and interaction
with the other systems in the house. |
 |
 |
| Because the OneHome
solution is connected to several systems, events in one
can trigger responses or commands in others. Here are some
examples: |
| A fire alarm will cause
the security system to call the monitoring station to dispatch
the fire department. |
| The OneHome solution
can also: |
• make a call to your cell phone and send an
email in case you aren't there
• flash the outside lights to help the fire department find your house
• turn on inside lights at low illumination (to prevent night blindness)
so your family can see
• turn off the forced hot air system to prevent smoke from circulating
|
| You’re leaving for
an extended vacation, and as you prepare to leave you tap
the 'Vacation' button on the In-Wall Touch Screen in your
bedroom. The OneHome system then will: |
• set all thermostats to ‘Vacation’ mode,
changing all the schedules to
save you money
• start the 'Vacation' lighting schedule to simulate at-home lighting inside
while you are away
|
| You've left and are half-way
to the airport when you realize that you forgot
to set your house into 'Vacation' mode. Just call your
home from a cell phone and, following a couple of prompts,
place your home in 'Vacation' mode. |
